NKAM
The purpose of this senior sales positions is to ensure that the sales achievement for sales general through independent store (national supermarket, Hero, Giant etc). Participate in term of operating income, volume, merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving goals of both dry grocery and frozen food business. Participate in formulating short and long term strategies by providing and analyzing market trends. Maintain good and productive relationship with all customers. He / She will directly report to Senior Manager – Head Modern Trade Trade.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (JABODETABEK)
The purpose of this senior sales position is to ensure that the sales achievement of part of JABODETABEK area must meet Company’s goal. The incumbent is responsible to manage and engage established some of sales offices (home-bases) that leaded by Sales Managers. He will also responsible to control our sales income as well as effective call, train all salesman & salesmotoris, included their work morale.
SALES SUPERVISOR – Kalideres
Responsible for delivery of existing & new product based on budget, ensure to deliver total gross profit with good sales mix, minimized bad stock, expired goods and bad debts, including preventing sales team manipulate.
