RADIO NETWORK PLANNER (RNP) ENGINEER
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experiences in GSM, CDMA or 3G RNP (Radio Network Planning) or RNO (Radio Network Optimization) within a mobile operator environment.
Experience for network designing, network planning and network optimization with industry standard and proprietary planning and analysis tools and site databases.
Experience in designing, planning and antenna configuration of sites.
Experience in using the following tools :
Radio Planning Tools – Netact or similar
ü TEMS investigation
ü Primus & other CSR realted tools
ü Mapinfo/MCOM
ü NeXplorer
Customer handling experience in face to face meetings (intermediate skill).
Capable in Ms Office application.
Willingness to work under pressure.
English literacy (preferably).
Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing reports.

RADIO NETWORK OPTIMIZATION (RNO) ENGINEER
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience in GSM, CDMA or 2G/3G RF network planning & Optimization process (Planning/PLO/Upgrade/HiCap)
Knowledge in planning area and a good command of planning tools.
Experience in practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, Actix or equivalent).
Knowledge and practice of Siemens & Nokia RAN parameters and counters.
Expert level with network KPI performance statistics analysis and troubleshooting.
Knowledge and Practice of OSS, RAN Tools: Configuration Management, Performance Management, Fault Management related e.g. Plan Editor, Radio Access Configuration tools, Optimizer, Reporter, MML commands.
Expert in handling group and engineers, subcontractor and dealing with customer.
Ms. Office – experienced/intermediate.
Team work orientation/consultative approach.
Willingness to work under pressure.
Self motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing reports.
Leadership personality, ability to provide direction and motivated a team, even though ambiguity.
English literate is a MUST.

Accountabilities

* Monitor and report weekly status of new product listing, listing fees, display execution.
* Evaluate, assess and report the effectiveness of the promotion and merchandising activities. On this context provide recommendation to improve the program.
* Monitoring and report sales & trade marketing budget implementation.
* Manage the distribution of POS-M materials.
* Execution of category management projects jointly with customer.
* Brief the design of tools for use by the sales force in the customer meetings, and manage the Production & distribution of the tools.
* Create & update Channel profiles.

Qualification
* Education: Bachelor degree from reputable university preferably majoring management or marketing.
* Experience: 1-2 years in trade marketing or sales.
* Technical expertise: statistic, marketing, sales, merchandising & promotion.
* Industry experience: FMCG and diary products.
