General Summary
Reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities
* Set up compliance management system and update compliance program
* Implement, monitor, control document, audit, and improve Compliance Program

* Conduct monthly meeting with internal (Union-Management Meeting, Bipartite Meeting, Workers -Management Meeting, HSE meeting)

* Deliver compliance standard to all Departments
* Clients Contact, coordinate with Compliance up country and CEO, Government, NGO and buyers

* Improve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Continuous Improvement
* Do Internal audit in every 6 months(CTPAT, Social Compliance)
* Do Daily, Weekly, Monthly inspection at all areas
* Participate on external/client's training and meeting

Requirements:
* At least one year experience in the similar position (from garment industry is preferred)
* S1 Degree from reputable university
* Familiar with Social Compliance Standard
* Familiar with Health, Safety and Environment Standard
* Familiar with CTPAT - Custom Trade Partnership Anti Terrorism
