This company is seeking people to fill in positions with following experiences and skills : Recruitment Manager ( RM – HTI ) Qualification Ø Bachelor’s degree holder with 5 years’ relevant Human Resource experience, in which 3 of the years focusing on recruitment from Telecommunication industry. Ø Hands-on Human Resource practitioner with specialization on Recruitment function. Ø Good knowledge of Recruitment processes and methodologies with proven track records in meeting tight recruitment schedules. Ø Familiar with all aspects of HR (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc). Ø Possess strong organizing, coordinating and communication skills Ø Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment. Ø Able to communicate effectively in English. Ø Past working experience in the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage. Ø Frequent business traveling to other countries in the region will be expected. Job Description Ø Ensure successful implementation of the recruitment plan for the Indonesia region Ø Manage and monitor recruitment activities in this region. Ø Work with recruitment agencies on selected assignments Ø Promote the efficiency of recruitment by providing support and guidance. Ø Train and guide line managers, and audit recruitment processes as necessary. Ø Assist in the annual manpower planning by working with departmental and country heads. Ø To assist in other areas of HR as required.
