A leading company in oil & Gas Industry is looking for the qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as : HSE Manager General Qualification: - Male max 40 years Old - Bachelor Degree in Engineering - Have Good Language Proficiency Verbal & Written both English & Bahasa Indonesia - At least 12 years experience in HSE and min 5 years experience in related position - Experience in oil and gas industry preferable - Have a good attitude and personality - Willing to trip and assignment to our remote area Duties & Responsibilities: · Implements and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. · Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas, work procedures, and training curricula and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. · Responsible for maintaining and updating environmental policy and procedure manuals. · Works with Environmental Specialists to ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. · Serves as contact with all federal, state, and local regulatory bodies. · Works with customers to ensure compliance with customer HSE guidelines, policies and regulations. · Analyzes gaps in results, processes and systems and develops action plans, tracking mechanisms and corrective actions. · Analyzes HSE statistical data to identify trends and root causes. · Delivers HSE training content to line organization on HSE initiatives, regulatory requirements and policies. · Mentors and develops line management to raise awareness and integrate HSE into daily operations including, thorough assessments, audits, etc. · May supervise other HSE personnel Interested candidates shall apply to: yulandri.isnain@exterran.com.
