Our client, a coal mining company is urgently seeking for a highly potential and professional candidate to fill the opening position (based in Samarinda): 1. Operation Manager Requirements: S1 Degree in Mine Engineering Having 10 years experience in open cut coal operations management and projects as a blue chip contractor or mine owner. Able to review the operational organization Identify and develop all operational procedures and all training required Responsible in design & construction, to manage the process for tender, contract & mobilization of mining contractor Holds “ Kepala Teknik Tambang “ certification Willing to work in remote area/site location 2. Mine Manager Requirements: S1 Degree in Mine Engineering Having 10 years experience in open cut coal mine management and projects as a blue chip contractor or mine owner. Able to review the Mine Production Plan Responsible in monitoring design & construction, contract & mobilization of mining contractor Holds at least “Pengawas Operational Pertama“ certification Willing to work in remote area/site location 3. Technical Manager Requirements: S1 Degree in Mine Engineering or Geological Engineering Having 10 years experience in open cut coal mine management and projects as a blue chip contractor or mine owner. Able to review the Mine Engineering Plan Responsible in monitoring design & construction, contract & mobilization of mining contractor Holds at least “Pengawas Operational Pertama“ certification Willing to work in remote area/site location 4. Port Manager Requirements: S1 Degree in Mine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering background Having 10 years experience in open cut coal mine management and projects as a blue chip contractor or mine owner.
