Our client a reputable Ladies&Menswear located in Sumedang open the following opportunity as: Senior Pattern Manager Job objective: To be able to receive detailed pattern instruction from the UK technical team and make accordingly Requirements: * The incumbent can be either male and female * Not more than 45 years old. * Number of supervise 3 persons * Fluent in English and Indonesia oral and written * Pattern making skills, need to be able to grade and make ladies wear pattern * Gerber or Lectra CAD system – Knowledge and experience is must Authority: Responsible for all ladies wear pattern making Production Manager Job Objective · Controlling of production process like balancing, planning, changing style · Controlling of quality · Achieving production target, shipment, utilization, efficiency · Controlling working time and overtime Qualifications: * Male or female * Not more than 30 years old * Experience in Garment production process like Menswear and Ladies wear * Experienced in garment experience is must Authority: Controlling production line with the above job objective.
