TeamworX has been staffed to operate four main business units for within Indonesia as well as for other countries: contract administration, construction engineering, construction management, and prefabrication of buildings. Position: QUANTITY SURVEYOR Qualification: * Having at least 3 years experiences as Quantity Surveyor in the same field (in Building Construction is preferable) * Fluent in English both written and spoken. * Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree, majoring in Civil Engineering . * Able to take responsibilities seriously, work under pressure, hardworking, fast learner & independent as well as being an active team member. Job Description: · Prepare for contract documents. · Prepare Bill of Quantity for tender documents. · Arrange and analyzing price list for tender/ cost project estimating. · Prepare tender evaluation. · Calculate & listing the volume of project for tender. · Prepare accurately quantify materials and labor requirements for different kind of building project in all aspect s (structural, mechanical, piping, electrical). · Prepare enquiries relative to the supply of materials and labor are satisfactory dealt with that relevant information, contractual and trading particular are distributed. · Check and evaluate potential area of saving and value engineering.
