Vacancy SERVICE MANAGER Job Roles : * Set up and analyze service strategy for area service operation and develop the service group against business need in a specific market.Monitor and evaluate the strategy implementation and measure the performance * Manage / set up all planning, budgeting of operating and capital cost, facilitating the achievement of targets and business objective * Monitor, and evaluate business process within department, develop more reliable and effective business process continuously according to company business growth. Monitor the capability service management in each branch/hub and fill the gap * Monitor the implementation of SHE system and procedure, evaluate existing SHE system and procedure; and proposed SHE system and procedure * Monitor and evaluate the activities of performance management. Monitor all service training Technicians and Service Management Development Program Qualifications : 1. Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering 2. Possess more than 3 years related service management experience within either the transport or heavy equipment industries. 3.
