Description of Work: 1. He shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Truba Arabia’s camp. This responsibility covers the management of all accommodations, meals, laundry, recreation, first aid, communication, transportation, power, water, wastewater, sanitation, cleanliness, safety, security, fire protection in the camp. 2. He shall plan, organize & supervise the daily activities of the camp crews. 3. Oversee the performance of caterer and other service providers such as mini-market in the camp. 4. Prepare recreational activities such as sports for the benefit of the occupants. 5. Prepare management report 6. Prepare Camp rules and regulation 7. Manage the store of camp consumables, beddings, furniture, fixtures etc. 8. Handle the complaints of occupants. 9. Prepare & implement maintenance schedules of camp equipment such as A/C, heaters, washing machines etc. 10. Conduct regular fire drills Profession: University degree in Management or similar, from a reputable university, with experience in camp management in a construction projects for about 5 years. Profile: 1. Must be fluent in written & spoken English 2. Middle East experience is a plus. 3. Age 40 years 4.
