Requirements: 1.. Min. Bachelor Degree 2.. Min 3 years experience in HR position 3.. Proficient in English both verbal & written is a must 4.. Excellent communication & negotiation skill 5.. Having knowledge in payroll, policy setting, training, C & B 6.. Able to develop HR system, SOP include HRIS Responsibilities: 1.. Setting, review policy & maintaining its implementation 2.. Recruitment & Training 3.. Supervise Payroll & approval 4.. Review Compensation & Benefits 5.. Performance Appraisal (workshop & administration process) 6.. Insurance (employment insurance, JAMSOSTEK, accident, travel) 7.. Build relationship with labour department and other government institutions 8.. Working with third parties on employee matters (employment agencies, lawyer, agency expat) 9.. Contract employee 10.. Review leave, overtime 11..
