In order to maintain its competitive stance in the market, driving progressive and ustainable increase of the business through innovative and effective consumer strategies, a dynamic professional is sought to take on the challenges as: Packaging ENGINEERING MANAGER Main Responsibility: To provide packaging development in order to enable global and regional commercialization, and to provide local manufacturing and product support. Functional Responsibilities: · Demonstrate professionalism capability of establishment DOE by focusing on testing that effective, meet standard company quality also consider time eventual cost efficiencies. · Understand the PLM system and its requirements; ensure to implement the system in all development stage gates. · Performing necessary technical testing and drafting/approving PMS specification for primary and secondary components. · Testing Components by obtaining guidance, support, and final approval from global RD&E · Performing stability and or compatibility testing of new/ modified components THE PERSON In his 30's, candidates should present at least minimum of five (5) years experience / exposure in managerial position relates to Package Engineering. The following qualifications are likewise sought: § A Bachelor of Science degree in a Package Engineering; Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering, preferably from prestigious local universities or overseas; § Supervisory experience for at least 3 direct reports; § Understand about working scope of Line Engineering and QC/QA; § Familiar working on Project Management, SAP or PLM knowledge is a bonus; § Integrated Business System; § Cape Software and other software relates to Packaging development/assessment; § Demonstrated understanding of applicable packaging technologies; § A technical understanding of formulation, process, and raw materials. § Comprehensive Product Development Know-How Within Household industries; § Mature, Fluent in English and computer skills; § Secondary language skills a bonus; § Ability to handle and manage multiple projects concurrently; § Strategic thinking; clear directive mind set & strong analytical skills; § Demonstrated problem solving abilities; § Excellent interpersonal skills; § Fast adaptation to Support business activity Our client will offer a competitive salary commensurate with proven track record and experience.
