Our client is a leading Importer and distributor trading company for general spare parts and technical supply, based in Jakarta and has branches all around Indonesia. Currently looking for a highly qualified candidate for PURCHASING ASSISTANT MANAGER (code PAM). The incumbent report directly to Director of Purchasing and this position is based in Jakarta. Key responsibilities: - manage & develop the purchasing process & administration - plans, directs & manages all procurement activities support company operational effectively - responsible for the quality, purchasing & price negotiation of engine/sparepart delivery & administration - develop a supply of the highest quality components based on criteria of quality standardized through product development & evaluation cycles - manage and trains a team of purchasing staff Requirements: - Female, 25 – 35- years of age - Bachelor degree in related discipline from reputable university - Min 3 –6 years related experiences in any industry - Having strong negotiation & presentation skills, with high result oriented - Fluent in English & Mandarin for daily communication (written & spoken) - Computer literacy is a must An attractive remuneration would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experiences of the selected candidates.
