An international Heavy Equipment Company (PMA, currently seeking special individual who are looking for more challenges and better future to join as parts of our growth for the following positions : HRD STAFF – Recruitment & People Development (HRD) - Male / Female, maximum 35 years old. - Bachelor in Psychology/Economic Management. - Min. 2 years experience in the same position. - Good communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written presentations). - Good command of both spoken and written English is a must. - Computer literate is a must. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF (BDS) - Male, maximum 35 years old. - Bachelor in Mechanic Engineering. - Min. 2 years experience in the same position and/or government tender or sales experience in Heavy Equipment Industry would be an advantage. - Good communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written presentations). - Good command of both spoken and written English is a must. - Computer literate is a must. SALES ENGINEER (SAE) - Male maximum 35 years old. - Min D3/S1 from any major, preferably Mechanical. - Min. 2 years experience in heavy equipment industry sales. - Open position for: Jakarta, Medan, Pekanbaru, Jambi, etc.** MECHANIC (MEC) - Male maximum 35 years old. - Min D3 Engineering or STM Degree with 5 years experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic. - Knowledge of heavy equipment industry. - Will be posted in branches within Indonesia.
