Qualifications : - Diploma/Bachelor degree in IT, Comp Technology - Have workstation experience in Win7, WIN XP (this includes troubleshooting and installation) - Have Lotus Notes knowledge and experience - Able to perform network operations like granting access to files and folders, mapping of printers, assigning of share directories - able to troubleshoot simple workstations problem related to OS and network shares (files and printer) - have been exposed to a ticketing environment for problem logging - understand backup procedure and network layout - Excellency in English is a must - Service oriented with a good analytical thinking - Good communication skill If you have the qualifications above, send your complete resume with related documents (certifications, etc) to : HR@Equine.co.id before 13 March 2010. |
