A project and technology specialist Indonesian company, established in 2009 yet comprising long term personnel from Indonesia and the Region experienced in all aspects of successful project design and development for the Minerals, Mining & Power Generation sectors. Due to a number of upcoming Projects & Studies we are seeking suitably qualified individuals to be considered: JUNIOR SECRETARY To be considered candidates must possess the following attributes: § A Bachelor Degree or Diploma from a reputable University or Academy. A major in English Literature would be an advantage. § A minimum of 3 years experience in an Administrative role in the Mining Services or Construction Company. § Experience in handling large and detailed hard and soft copy files for multiple projects and tenders. § Must have initiative and willing to take on a variety of task within the admin function. § Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and extended hours if and when required. § An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. § Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
