Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company, currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the position of: BUSINESS PLANNING SUPERVISOR General requirements: * University degree in Finance or Accounting * Minimum five years' experience in finance/accounting, including tax accounting, planning, business processes and integrated financial system development and improvement. Additional education may be substituted for some experience * Requires mathematical accuracy, attention to details, hands on in handling complex problems, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, analytical skills, writing skills and interpersonal skills. Capable in anticipating issues / problems and take proactive actions * Proven track records on the innovation, implementation and enhancement of the business processes and system including the computerized and integrated finance / accounting system. * Ability to show leadership, innovation, teamwork and motivate people. Proper delegation and control of work, good organization skills and teamwork.
