We are looking for : Chief Of General Affair * Male • University graduates from all major, min D3 * Minimum 3 years of experience in property /office building * Strong knowledge of General Affairs practices, policies,regulation, procedures and systems * Ability in supervising, controlling, and supporting of all operational activities in General Affair * Highly developed communication and presentation skills * Familiar with internet & excellent in MS Office, especially Excel & Word * Possess good attitude and sense of urgency * Willing to be placed in Serpong Area Secretary * Female * Good looking, attractive, pleasant, and good manner * Graduated from Secretarial Academy or S1 in any field. * Min. exp. 2 - 3 years in the same position. * Fluent in English is a must. * Independent and able to perform multitasking. * Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time. * Pleasant personality & possesses good communication skill. * Honest and able to handle pressure.
