IT Support Position Summary - Provide continuous support and maintenance for existing IT infrastructure - Introduce new features, systems and projects over time Principal Accountabilities - Document Management, File server Shared Folders: - Backup - Network, Maintain a network layout and structure - Systems, Client workstations - Manage and maintain Configurations according to system plan - Domain controller administration - External Devices - Network Enhancement: Firewall and Web Content Filter - Document Management - Local backup - Time Attendance - IP Telephony Enhancement: - Collaboration Minimum Requirements - Hardware : Upgrade PCs, trouble shooting. - OS : Windows Server Edition: Windows Domain Controller, GPO. - OS : Unix (Ubuntu, RedHat). Simple administration: bash, init.d, cron jobs. - Networking : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall (iptables), apache httpd. - IP-PBX : Asterisk). Setup trunks, dial plans, routes, IVR, SIP. - PHP, MySQL : Basic knowledge. - At least 2 years related working experience. - Fluency in English.
