Our client is one of the world leading manufactures and distributors of beverage industry. In line with its company growth, is looking for highly qualified and dedicated professional to be part of its winning team, as; TECHNICAL OPERATIONS ENGINEER This position report to Technical Operations Manager. This position¢s objective is to manage and implement product and packaging projects, sales equipment projects, R&D and relevant value chain activities to support business plans of The Company and its bottling operations Responsibilities: § a. Provide technical advise, b. Provide necessary specifications & guidelines, c. Keep updated on new technologies and industry best practice in packaging and cold drink equipment, in order to ensure a smooth implementation of projects and innovations (new product & package launches, consumer & customer promotions, new cold drink equipment). § Identify environmental requirements/activities/innovations regarding packaging materials to ensure packaging materials used comply to the requirements. § Investigate root cause of problems & incidents and provide supports to Company¢s bottlers related to packaging, cold drink equipment, and relevant value chain activities. § Gather, compile and analyze bottler¢s production capacity actual data, compared with target estimate, in order to produce a realistic production target. § Working relationship; bottler, internal clients, supplier, region, division & HQ offices § Nature of relations: provide facts & influence to accept concepts/proposals/suggestions. The Requirements of this position are shown below: · S1 degree(Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Major would be an advantage) · 4 years experience in manufacturing process, preferably in food processing (packaging manufacturing experience would be an advantage) · Project management skills · Food processing (education or experience) preferred · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Good oral and written English · Good analytical skill · Computer application skills · Result oriented · Good leadership, Strong leadership, negotiations and interpersonal skills · Good proficiency in spoken and written English · Strong team player / self-motivated, able to work and deliver in high pressure environment An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experiences of the selected candidates.
