BUSINESS MANAGER (BM) - Develop-execute business plan faster than market growth; target by revenue & profit - Develop-manage sales managers & account managers to secure company’s business goals and opportunities - Strong leadership capability - Have 5 years experience in selling IT products and services or application / solution to corporate customers with proven track record and customer satisfaction targets - Must have valuable high-level contacts and relationship with client's organization; good knowledge, experience, networking in one of this sector: Telecommunication, Earth Resources (such oil & gas, mining) 2. BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER (BR/AM) - Develop-execute sales plans (target, strategy, performance measurement; tactics, daily management) - Aggressively develop-manage strategic accounts & build strong relationship by consultative approach - Able to persuasively communicate our capabilities in various products/services to result in business deals - Highly skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation & influencing clients - Proven sales track record & able to work with target - Min. 2 years (for BR) and 3 years (for AM) successful sales experience in selling IT products and services or application/solutionto corporate customers - For Government (BR/AM-Gov), Financial (BR/AM-FSI), Network (BR/AM-NC), Telco (BR/AM-NSP), Manufacturing/Distribution (BR/AM-CBD), Bandung (BR/AM-BDG), Surabaya (BR/AM-SBY), Balikpapan (BR/AM-BPN), Pekanbaru (BR/AM-PKU). 3. PRODUCT MANAGER (PM) - Manage mutual relationship with principal, develop-execute business plans together with principal - Support sales team by providing competitive analysis, win/lose analysis, sales tools & collateral, product presentation & demo, product training - Measured by sales quota achievement & manage sales funnel (opportunity list) - Proven experience (min. 3 years) as the product manager for enterprise servers (RISC-based or high end intel-based) or enterprise storage 4. TECHNICAL MANAGER (TM) - Manage 24x7 schedules and take action to ensure full coverage - Provide technical, operational and management guidance for a team of network controllers and front line technical staff. - Lead staff responsible for acting on customer trouble reports, generating trouble tickets and performing follow-ups with customers. - Plan network development for new application, work assignments and coordinate network mentoring - AT least 4 years experience in the same position at Internet Service Provider - Experience with FreeBSD/Linux, TCP/IP Routing, Multihoming, and security all internet services provider applications and its components.
