Due the development and especially acquiring coal mining (CCOW) in Indonesia, We are now seeking outstanding talent as the following position: HR Coordinator Main Role Responsbile in heading Payroll, Compensation & Benefit and HR Services area, this includes management of the company remuneration strategy and implementation of HR Policy, Processes, systems, procedures in order to support HR Mission. Role of Accountabilities Responsible to ensure, maintain and develop the successful HR Process that cover Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Services consist of: * Process the salary, benefits and reimbursement timely according to the stated schedule, communicate and coordinate with other respective parties to ensure all the payments in on the process. * Ensure all the amount of salaries and benefits with respective employee name and bank account are accurate, ensure the accuracy of invoices data and its supporting documents, communicate and coordinate with other respective parties if any confirmation is needed. * Understand the Government Regulation (e.g. UU Tenaga Kerja No. 13/2003) and related mining regulations policies, analyze and implement those regulations into salary and benefits process, communicate and coordinate with respective parties; propose suggestion regarding the occurred findings. * Filing employee documents, update employee’s data, communicate and coordinate with respective parties. * Formulate Job Evaluation results (Job value) into Job Grading, Salary Structure and Salary Survey accurately. * Support Recruitment & selection process by monitoring employee contract period, reminding and coordinate with respective parties, process new and extended contract Role Cognitive Able to exercise judgments requiring “Assertive” processing (such as require to be able to organize information and pulls it together in the form of direct action relevant to the immediate situation) for time-span of 3 months down the road. Knowledge & Skill · 5 years++ (with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in compensationa nd benefit in mining companies) · Familiar with the remuneration Tool HayGroup, Mercer & SST is an advantage · Excellent in pay rolling with understanding Income Tax (Brevet A), Jamsostek etc.. · Able to manage tasks and prioritize time to support the company · High motivation to fulfilling requests to meet timelines supporting the work of others · Able to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks Competencies - English Language – Level III - Analytical Thinking – Level IV - Achievement Motivation – Level III - Holding to Account – Level IV - Initiative – Level IV - Impact & Influence – Level III Specific Required 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university. 2. Experience minimum 5 years handling vertical and horizontal Compensation and benefit in mining companies 3. Experience in heading Compensation and Benefit issues, HR Services & Payroll 4. Willing to be realocated in Palembang, South Sumatera. 5. Excellent English, both written and verbal 6. Fluent in operate Ms Excel in preferable.
