A wholly owned Indonesian design and fabrication contracting company based in Jakarta and part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group has an immediate requirement of : Training Officer (Jakarta Raya - Pulogadung) Responsibilities: * Handle training administration * Organize training for employee * Identifying individual and company training needs * Create and / or modifying training materials * Manage management trainee program Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. * Required skill(s): MS Office. * At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Applicants must be willing to work in Pulogadung. * Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. * Full-Time positions available.
