Our Client, a multinational company engaged in the construction area in marine, industrial, infrastructure and general building projects is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills : 1. SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE) Qualification : - Strong personality, good interpersonal skills, assertive, decisive, self motivated - Minimum 10 years experience in projects and minimum 5 solid years experience in quality [QA/QC] in projects [buildings, marine or oil & gas jobs] - Minimum S1, preferably Civil/ Architectural Engineer - Maximum 45 years by 2010 - Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and implementation - Fluent English, oral and writing - Good reporting skills [in English and Indonesian] - Auditor/ Lead Auditor Certified [preferably IRCA certified course] for ISO 9000 series - Preferably having experience in project engineering team - Familiar with Civil Engineering National and International Codes [SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, JIS etc.] - Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, and other quality documentations - Having sufficient knowledge and practical experience of Quality Improvement Tools 2. QA/QC INSPECTOR (QCI) Direct Responsibility : - assistance with preparation and implementation of the project quality plan - review of work methods statements and preparation of inspection and test plan - continuous site inspections with supervisory staff and owners representatives - inspection and assessment of vendors and subcontractor - daily & weekly reporting to Project Quality Engineer and Corporate Quality Manager Qualification : - University Degree in Civil, Architecture & Mechanical Engineering - Age between 24-30 years old - Minimum 2 years experience on construction projects (Site Engineer or Quality Engineer) - Having experience from internation contractor or experience with oil & gas related projects are preferred - IT knowledge of MS Office and Power Point 3. SENIOR SAFETY OFFICER (SSO) Direct Responsibilty : - personal welfare & safety to our employee - environmental matters - preparation of project safety plan - implementation of project safety plan & safety prochedures on the project siteon - managing a team of site safety inspectors - reviewing methods statements - preparation of risk assessment for construction activities - inspection of lifting equipment, tools, general construction equipment, scaffolding - daily & weekly reporting to Project Management and Corporate Safety Manager Qualification : - University Degree in Civil, Architectural or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 8 years experience on construction projects (Project Safety Officer) - Age between 30-40 years old - Having experience for international contractors or experience on oil & gas related projects are preferred - Good understanding on lifting equipments and devices, inspection of major construction equipment, inspection of scaffolding, safety and environmental regulation - IT knowledge of MS Office GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITION : - Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities - Strong in Leadership skill - Team Worker - Good command of English both oral & written Please send your application with a full detail of resume and recent photograph, identifying the position code on the subject to : recruitment@whitehouse-institute.com not late than 8th Nov 2010.
